Terms and Conditions for Turnix

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Turnix, a mobile puzzle game provided by codeness.ly (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Turnix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Game

• You may use Turnix solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or exploit the game or its content beyond the permitted usage.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Turnix uses Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games Services (Android) for authentication and saving progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining access to your platform account.

3. Online Duels and Multiplayer

Turnix includes optional online duels. By using multiplayer features, you agree to the following additional terms:

• Matchmaking: We may use factors such as region, connection quality, play history, and skill/rating to create fair matches. Matchmaking is not guaranteed and may vary with player availability.
• Fair Play and Anti-Cheat: You must not exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, modify the client, or disrupt opponent gameplay. We may use reasonable technical measures to detect and prevent cheating and abuse.
• Conduct: Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or griefing is prohibited. While the game does not include public chat features, your account may be actioned for abusive conduct observed through gameplay patterns or platform reports.
• Connectivity: Online play requires a stable internet connection and may use data from your provider. Disconnections may result in losses or penalties within the game at our discretion to preserve fairness.
• Availability: Online services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted multiplayer service.
• Enforcement: We may suspend or restrict access to multiplayer for rule violations, repeated disconnects, or suspected cheating.

4. In-App Purchases

Turnix offers a one-time lifetime purchase to remove ads (“Remove Ads”).

• This purchase permanently disables ads in the current version of the game on your account or device, depending on platform rules.
• Purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play, and subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
• If you uninstall or switch devices, you may need to restore purchases to regain access to the Remove Ads feature.
• We reserve the right to show ads in specific contexts (e.g., future multiplayer mode or promotional events), which may not be covered by this purchase.

5. User-Generated Content

When the Community Puzzles feature becomes available, you may submit custom puzzles and patterns (“Content”) for review and potential inclusion in the game.

• You retain ownership of any Content you create.
• By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, display, modify, and distribute it within the game and for promotional purposes.
• You may not submit Content that is unlawful, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share.
• We reserve the right to review, moderate, or reject any submitted Content without explanation.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, excluding user submissions, is the intellectual property of codeness.ly and its licensors. You may not reuse or redistribute game assets outside the game without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Turnix if you violate these Terms, misuse the game, or submit harmful content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Turnix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Turnix after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where codeness.ly is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
